Applications for Powered Pushers

The CartCaddyLH powered pushers are crafted to push and pull wheeled equipment and heavy carts that weigh 10,000 to 50,000 lbs.

The powered electric tug is a heavier duty upgrade to the CartCaddy pusher. The CartCaddyLH mover has enough power to push or pull almost anything on wheels.

The CartCaddyLH cart pushers achieve traction by either adding steel to the inside of the CartCaddy powered pushers or by transferring weight from the cart to the wheels of the electric tug. The traction allows the powered cart to push or pull heavier loads. Weight transfer can be accomplished in two ways: using the electric lift kit, or pushing with the angled push pad. Some loads may require a combination of both methods.

More demanding cart moving applications can be solved using higher amperage controllers.  They are made available to further increase the CartCaddyLH's motorized pusher's power.

Benefits for Powered Pushers

Traditional equipment is much more cumbersome than the sleek CartCaddyLH electric tug pushers. Their easily maneuverable design results in fewer accidents,  lower maintenance costs, and reduces damage to other equipment.

The CartCaddyLH powered pusher's rack puller is ergonomically designed to prevent the pain and injuries associated with moving heavy carts and equipment manually. The use of the powered cart mover minimizes the risk of injury, which in turn reduces the number of insurance and workers' compensation claims.
